Michael Golkin has more than 20 years commercial real estate experience. He was a recipient of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers Commercial Century Club Award in 2017. Michael focuses on business brokerage, tenant representation and investment sales.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Michael served as a Real Estate Asset Manager for a full service commercial real estate firm where he was responsible for coordination of commercial lease and investment sales transactions and strategic long term asset management planning. Michael has successfully closed lease transactions totaling more than 2.5 million square feet and acquisition/disposition of approximately 225 commercial properties. The skill set he developed throughout his career enables Michael to provide comprehensive services to his clients. His goal with each client is to maximize the value of their transaction in the least amount of time.
Michael earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Tampa.
